Our cigars are carefully sealed to preserve their freshness and humidity. In certain cases for customers in the United States, Cuban cigars may require discreet packaging to prevent issues during customs inspections. You will be notified about the packaging method before your order is finalized. Shipments are handled by trusted international postal services or courier companies and typically take between 7 and 30 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Please be aware that unforeseen delays, such as customs processing, weather disruptions, or local postal issues, are beyond our control. A shipment is officially considered lost if not delivered one month after dispatch, and a replacement will be offered accordingly. Note that some countries are excluded from our shipping list and cannot be selected at checkout. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping.
Returns and Shipping Policies
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Should there be any issue with your order, please reach out to us directly. We will provide a return authorization number along with detailed instructions. Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your package, provided you have first contacted info@cigars-smokers.com to obtain your return authorization. All shipments are insured against loss and product damage. Please note that natural color variations in cigars or personal taste preferences are not valid grounds for returns. If you are unsure which product best suits your needs, our team is happy to assist before you complete your purchase.

1. Returns are not accepted due to high taxes imposed by customs authorities at the destination.
2. Returns will not be accepted because of shipping delays or customs clearance processes.
3. If you refuse delivery and the package is returned to us, no refund will be issued.
